1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Modelcraft website and learning platform operated by Modelcraft, located at 52 Thalang Road, Talat Yai, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our tracks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

Our learning tracks are open to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Modelcraft reserves the right to decline enrolments at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Registration and Access

To access course materials, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Accounts are personal and may not be shared with others.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Modelcraft may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment in a learning track is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The following applies to all enrolments:

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed before access to course materials is granted.
• Modelcraft accepts payment through methods listed at the time of enrolment.
• Pricing may change at any time; the price displayed at the point of purchase applies to that enrolment.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the course materials. After this period or threshold, no refund will be issued. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your enrolment details. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.

• No refunds are available for mentorship sessions already completed.
• If Modelcraft cancels a track, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or transfer option.

6. Course Access and Duration

Upon enrolment, you receive access to your chosen track for the period specified at purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable.

• Modelcraft does not commit to keeping specific course content live indefinitely; materials may be updated, revised, or retired.
• Access extensions may be available on request and are at Modelcraft's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Modelcraft platform — including course materials, code examples, videos, graphics, and written text — is the property of Modelcraft or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may use materials for your personal learning only.
• Sharing, distributing, reproducing, or selling any Modelcraft content without prior written permission is not permitted.
• Projects you build during a course remain your own work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Modelcraft platform or community spaces, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or other learner accounts.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the learning experience of others.

Modelcraft reserves the right to remove content and suspend access for users who breach these standards.

9. Mentorship Sessions

The Capstone Build & Mentorship track includes one-to-one sessions with a Modelcraft developer. The following terms apply to these sessions:

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of a session may result in that session being forfeited.
• Sessions are conducted online via a platform agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Modelcraft mentors provide guidance and feedback; they do not write your project code for you.

10. No Outcome Warranties

Modelcraft designs its tracks to support steady skill-building and practical progress. We do not make any representations or warranties about specific outcomes, employment prospects, earnings, or performance following completion of any track. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and consistent engagement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Modelcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course materials. Our total liability for any claim related to your enrolment shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant track.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our platform may recommend or reference third-party tools, libraries, or services as part of course content. Modelcraft is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

14. Changes to These Terms

Modelcraft may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Phuket, Thailand.
